Against the backdrop of breathtaking vistas, The Harvest Dinner Series at Brasada Ranch is more than just a meal, it's a culinary journey that showcases the freshest locally sourced ingredients of the season prepared and served from the outdoor spitfire.

Fall Series

FROM 4 PM - 7 PM

Join us for a family-friendly experience that captures the heart and essence of the season with meticulously crafted dishes that pay tribute to the rich flavors and vibrant colors of fall. $10 from each adult dinner will be donated to the High Desert Food & Farm Alliance committed to providing affordable and high-quality nutritious food that is sustainably produced throughout the region.

Join us for some extra fun! Kids can get creative with pumpkin painting, and the whole family can enjoy lawn games on the Range lawn. Plus, the evening will be serenaded by our favorite local musicians. It's a day of food, crafts, games, and live music for everyone to enjoy!

Meet The Chef

KARL HOLL

Karl Holl is a chef, farmer, and forager. A graduate of New England Culinary Institute. Before being named Portland Monthly’s Chef of the Year in 2018 Karl cooked at celebrated restaurants in Napa Valley, Vail, and San Francisco. In 2013 he started a farm of his own in Oregon, fulfilling a lifelong dream of growing and raising everything he cooked while also developing strong relationships with farmers, chefs, and wineries across the Pacific Northwest.

High Desert Food & Farm Alliance

Everyone Deserves Good Food.

HDFFA works to make this happen daily with their work in food Insecurity. Through signature programs like the Grow & Give program, Fresh Harvest Kits, and VeggieRx, they bring fresh, nutritious produce to people experiencing food insecurity throughout the Central Oregon tri-county region. They additionally provide agricultural support to 65+ family farms and ranchers through marketing, technical and financial assistance, and networking and educational opportunities. They further educate consumers on the importance of supporting local food producers and where to find locally sourced items through their Food and Farm Directory its online equivalent GetaTaste.org.

  • Agriculture Connections brings you the freshest local food from small Oregon farms year-round. They deliver delicious and sustainably-grown food to homes, businesses and restaurants.
  • Boundless Farmstead's mission is to grow and cultivate healthy plants, animals, and community, and to form creative and sustainable practices by observing, listening, and studying. 
  • Mahonia Gardens is a one-acre market garden operating in Sisters, Oregon, dedicated to growing quality produce. They provide food to Sisters and Bend.
  • Rainshadow Organics Farm is a particularly diverse farm, with accompanying culinary hospitality, on a mission to promote widespread regenerative farming and eating. 
  • Rooper Ranch is a small family farm located in Redmond, Oregon. They grow a wide variety of vegetables without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
  • Seed to Table envisions a vibrant and resilient community where all people, regardless of race, gender, geography, ability or socioeconomic status, have access to fresh produce that is nourishing, locally grown, and in keeping with their preferences.
  • Sungrounded Farm uses minimal tillage practices and add lots of organic matter to our sandy Central Oregon soil to improve soil health and water retention.
  • Well Rooted Farms is a family-operated farm focused on bringing you high-quality and nutritious food in the form of fresh produce, pasture-raised eggs, and pastured beef and pork.
  • Zajac Farms cultivates with organic practices and continues to expand upon those with the soil health and agroecosystem in mind.
  • Groundwork Organics grows a variety of certified organic fruits, vegetables, and cut flowers.
  • Broadus Bees are beekeepers in Bend, OR and their passion is spreading the knowledge of why we need bees in our life.
