The Foraged Dinner & Wine Pairing Saturday, April 25th
Experience an exceptional four-course dinner inspired by the season's rarest mushrooms, gathered and prepared by Wild Rye's chef and forager Karl Holl himself from the surrounding high desert here in Central Oregon, and expertly paired with wines from Walter Scott. The Athletic Center and the adjacent Studio feature a complete array of strength training and cardio equipment, weights, and Peleton bikes, all complemented by a range of classes, including pilates, yoga, meditation and more. Pools, tennis, and pickleball courts are fun, family-friendly options for recreational fitness.
Brasada Canyons
A year-round course, Brasada Canyons boasts the best 18 views in Oregon, every season. As renowned as much for its privacy as its beauty, no two holes run parallel, and use of the course is reserved for our Members and Resort Guests.

Bike The Ranch
Whether on an E-Bike, commuter bicycle, or off-road, one of the best ways to explore the Ranch is on two wheels. Brasada Adventures will disinfect and fit a bicycle for you, as well as provide detailed road and trail information. Bikes are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
