• Our pools and fitness center are open and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Indulge in signature massages, body treatments, and more at Spa Brasada. We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance. Please call for the latest availability.

FOOD & PROVISIONS

Brasada Ranch offers a range of onsite culinary options built for discovery, enjoyment, and convenience.

• Enjoy several dining and provisions options to keep you fueled for adventure.

• Skip the pre-vacation grocery run and make meal planning easy with Ranch Platters.

• Grab a snack or replenish your fridge at the General Store, open seven days a week.

CLOTHING ESSENTIALS

Come prepared for adventure. We recommend bringing along these wardrobe essentials so you can enjoy the best of central Oregon’s high-desert recreation.

• Dress for comfort. Activewear and hiking shoes are best for hiking, trail running, biking, and exploring on or off our grounds.

• Bring your collared shirts and slacks for golf, as the dress code policy at Brasada Canyons does not include denim or activewear.

• Jeans and closed-toed shoes are perfect for horseback riding with Brasada Trails.

• Don't forget your swimsuit. Check out the calendar for themed pool parties and seasonal events.

• Our restaurants do not have a dress code, but be sure to bring jackets for your evening s'mores roasting as our high desert lows are typically under 60℉.

• Check the weather forecast for Powell Butte, and be sure to pack for seasonal Temperatures (℉).

  • Summer: Highs are typically in the 80s but can get as high as the 100s. Lows are in the mid-40s. Pack layers for cool evenings.

  • Fall: Highs are typically in the 60s. Lows are in the high 30s. Bring layers.

  • Winter: Highs are typically in the 40s. Lows are in the 10s to 20s. Despite only 15 inches of snowfall per year, be sure to bundle up to enjoy our full range of outdoor activities.

  • Spring: Highs are typically in the mid-50s to low-60s. Lows are in the mid-30s, so it’s still quite cold at night. Sun-filled days can feel more like the 70s, so bring your bathing suit.

OUTDOOR GEAR

You’re always welcome to bring along your favorite outdoor recreation and adventure gear. For guests who might not have space for their full kit, we offer rentals and equipment for complimentary use at our Adventure Concierge.

• Rent a variety of recreational equipment —pickleball and tennis equipment, fishing poles, lawn games, basketballs and more—for onsite activities.

• Bring your own bike to enjoy Bend’s great single-track mountain-biking trails and miles of country roads around Brasada Ranch. Bike rentals are available for on-property rides, and we’re happy to assist with supplying a bike for offsite adventures too.

• Planning a trek to Smith Rock or fishing at Crooked River is easy with our Adventure Concierge. They’ll connect you with local guides and outfitters to provide you with the right equipment.

• Hit the greens at Brasada Canyons with a variety of golf equipment rentals for your convenience.

PETS

Brasada Ranch is thrilled to host your four-legged family members in our dog-friendly bungalows and some of the cabins, which can be booked directly through our reservations team. If you’re visiting with your canine companions, here’s what to expect.

• Upon arrival, stop by the Front Desk for a complimentary dog bone.

• Dogs are welcome on paved and unpaved trails, restaurant patios, as well as the pet lawns in our Sage Canyon neighborhood, as long as they are leashed at all times.

• Waiting at your cabin will be a special pet amenity including treats and toys, and food/water bowls to use during your stay. We encourage you to bring your pet bed from home, but our concierge team can assist in arranging for any additional items your little friend may need to enjoy the stay.

• The Athletic Center, pools, golf course, Pro Shop, and the inside of all restaurants are not dog-friendly.

• Expect a 10-15 minute, slightly uphill walk from the Ranch House to the furthest cabin and around a ¾-mile stroll between amenities.

• Renting one of our Ranch Rovers allows for easy, convenient, eco-friendly on-property transportation throughout your stay.

• Bike Brasada Ranch to explore our rugged landscape with onsite bike rentals.

• Transportation with Uber/Lyft will not be available when leaving the property. Taxis or car services must be arranged in advance.

• While on property, guests can press "0" on the phone or text 541-203-6213 to reach our Guest Services team.

• While on property, guest wifi will automatically connect when you select "Brasada Ranch" on your compatible devices. No need to enter a password.

• To adjust the thermostat, the fan should be on “Auto” and the system changed to “HEAT” or “COOL” mode, depending on your needs.

• To use the hot tub in your cabin:

  • Adjust the temperature or change the mode and filter cycle with the Temp dial

  • Turn the spa light on and off with the Light dial

  • Use the Jets 1 dial to turn Pump 1 on and off, or set filter cycle duration

  • Use the Jets 2 dial to turn Pump 2 on and off

  • Turn the Blower dial to switch the blower on and off

• To stream movies and shows from your favorite apps on our entertainment system:

  • Connect to BRASADA_RANCH WiFi Network

  • Go to getstreaming.tv and enter the provided code

  • Open a cast-enabled app and tap the cast icon

  • From there, you can select from on-demand, live TV, Google Chromecast, Kids & Family programming, and music options

• Keep hydrated with the best drinking water in central Oregon. Each cabin comes fitted with a fridge-door water dispenser and water bottle filling stations and fountains are available throughout the resort. Each guest also receives one bottled water on arrival.
